All embroidery files found for purchase or free at domain, MoonlightsDesignShoppe.com are originally drawn by the hand of Bonnie Landsberger or Michelle Novotny, or original artist has given written permission; all files have been digitized for computerized embroidery machines by Bonnie Landsberger, Moonlight Design.

Embroidery files sold or free from Moonlight's Design Shoppe are protected under the National and International Intellectual Property laws.  Violators will be prosecuted.

COPYRIGHT TERMS: 
Purchaser = Licensee 

The design(s) [(design data file(s)] purchased or free may be embroidered on garments for personal use or embroidered to receive a profit from the sale of finished goods. 

One copy of each data file may be made: for back-up purposes, or for a different format needed by licensee, or for use on multiple machines of licensee in one commercial shop. 

Except as stated for back-up, copies of the data file(s) purchased or free downloads, may not be made, sold or shared as single files or as a group of files, or included in any gathering of files by many different digitizers, by any party, hobby or industry, for non-profit or profit.

The design data file(s) may not be sold or transferred by licensee without transfer of COMPLETE package or set and license. Separate files from a package or set may not be transferred.  If transfer of license occurs, only the original zipped file with all data, or diskette, or stitch files may be transferred along with all copies of data and text to one transferred licensee; additional copies made for convenience and back-up must be destroyed. 

Duplication, replication by redigitizing, major editing or creation of any derivative of said designs are prohibited.
