The designs offered may be downloaded without financial obligation to Moonlight Design. They may be sewn by domestic and/or commercial embroiderers on garments to be sold. The data files of the designs may NOT be sold or redistributed free on a diskette or CD, or as part of any package of data files.

Moonlight Design does not accept any responsibility for damage to any equipment or possible problems due to virus or other related situations caused by downloading or running the designs.  It is recommended that all designs be scanned for virus after download and test sewn to check for possible corruption.
