PROBLEM:
You've cleaned the bobbin area, but try as you may, you cannot retrieve the lint that lies below the tension arm of the bobbin case.  You can't just ignore it because this is the cause of the looping and irregular tensions that's showing up on sew outs.

SOLUTION:
Slide a business card through the fold and it will safely push the lint out.
