I can't promise a "yesterday turnaround" nor the lowest cost found in the world. I can promise I'll do everything possible to deliver a quality design with respect of your deadline. I can also promise that you'll not only get what you pay for, but most likely, much more. My goal is to create a high quality job at the fastest possible time for a fair-to-everyone price. I don't charge by stitch count or an hourly rate. I charge what I quote. And I quote by calculating artwork complexity and job requirements, along with a well-skilled point of view. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial industry, I've learned the importance of taking one careful step at a time. For the most, I punch using manual methods and I manually modify any automatic function employed; I double check for human and computer error and test sew for accuracy; I allow time for you to test sew and report conflicts, errors or the end-customer’s last minute decision for additions or omissions. These steps cannot be achieved within hours. My turnaround runs an average of 3-7 days, depending on the job's requirements. During our busiest season, turnaround can average 10-14 days. When longer waiting periods are necessary it's likely caused by an overwhelming schedule of custom orders. A 24-hr. rush digitizing service is rarely available and apologies, but this can only be made available to established clients. If you desire an unrealistic turnaround and you’ll accept shoddy work as long as it’s nearly free, and if your customer’s satisfaction and return business aren’t important to you, then you are on the wrong page. But I always aim to please, so… If you want the lowest possible price and an immediate turnaround, I’ll first highly recommend that you seek qualified, serious digitizers establishing a client base and whose schedules don't yet resemble an airport arrival/departure board. They need your business, too, and if ignored, the quality of embroidery may eventually become extinct. But do beware and investigate well, lest you hire one of the many carnival-quality, penny-digitizers whose only quest is to collect your money, and the only guarantee is you'll learn an important lesson: if it’s too good to be true, it's likely not true. On the other hand, if you do want a high quality professional job by a skilled, well-experienced digitizer who pays attention to detail and is concerned about the embroiderer's needs -- someone who strives to get it done right the first time as quickly as possible, and guarantees an immediate, no-cost revision of any justified correction -- contact me for a free, no-obligation quote. I'll reply within 24 hours with an honest estimation of turnaround and a price quote that will not increase unless your submitted artwork and/or original request changes enough to justify a higher cost. Should I suspect that I can't meet your deadline or I believe a colleague is better qualified for a particular job or is able to do the work at a lower cost -- or if you simply don't like the color of my eyes -- I will offer referrals of other high-quality, skilled digitizers who will not cause you to pull hair or put your business to shame.
